There are so many things in this world that we take for granted.
One of these is food...grub...3 squares, a bite to eat.
Most of us have little idea of where our food comes from, the work (and risk) involved, and the environmental costs.
One way to learn more about food is to talk to growers, practitioners of farming.
In this short film, Will Ortman and Sherilyn Ortman, who operate a small organic farm in South Dakota talk about their farming practices, one they organized around their vision of the future.
