The folks over at Updraft provided a link to the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources top five weather events of 2017 with a couple of runner ups.
I took a guess before I took a look and didn't get a single one. I might explain this by impatience but I kid myself.
The Updraft Blog is a wonderful service and because we spend a fair amount of our time talking about weather, it provides details, explanations and information by some weather folks who have both passion and knowledge about about weather.
Here is a tidbit: "Our Twin Cities of -6 degrees on Saturday (December 30, 2017) tied the record for out chilliest December high temperature."
The date it is tied with is December 30, 1976.
