There really was a Bigfoot, if big is big enough to describe the foot in question.

There is a very short note in Nature for July 25 reporting on field research by Anthony Maltese, Rocky Mountain Dinosaur Research Center, Emanuel Tschopp, American Museum of Natural History and their colleagues on a dinosaur that lived 50 million to 160 million years ago.

The foot size is more than a meter wide! I guess this defines extra-wide.
