NPR featured a video (3 m 29 s) on making as safe-as-possible-do-it-yourself COVID-19 masks.
Masks have two benefits: keeping in the respiratory droplets we all eject while talking, etc., and to a lesser extent protecting yourself from droplets from others.
The film is based on advice from researcher who have been studying the effectiveness of mask materials.
It contains interesting information about effectiveness, all reminders that the viruses that cause COVID-19 are really, really small, really small.
